Date of Birth: 31\12\1999

Diagnosis: Post Meningitis Flaccid Quadriplegia. He was admitted to the JMF 17\4\2004, and after the physical therapy assessment was suffering from poor hearing and eyesight and loss of speech does not move.


After he take intensive physical therapy by using several types of exercises; Was able to control the movement of his head, and use his hands and can stand with assistance. But now he is still receiving treatment at home and it is difficult to transfer from place of residence to JMF.
