Sara got CP , because the mother had problem during labor , Sara suffer from high fever .
At the age one year she admit to J M F P. T department, suffering inability to grasp and use her hands also inability to control her head beside sever spasticity at upper and lower limb . After several session of physical therapy by using different method of treatment , she can stand and walk independently , her hand became better by help of orthopedic surgean who has done the operation for her .
Sara now has promissing future .
Sara and all the other children still pass to P.T Department having contentious exercises .
